Registration Form - Please complete and turn into your school or the district office. Remember to get a t-shirt with your registration it must be turned by August 22nd. T-shirts are only included in the child registration and additional $5 is required if an adult would like a t-shirt.
Pledge Form - Please begin collecting pledges from your family, friends, parent co-works. Don't forget to ask if your company does donation matching!! Remember all the monies you raise.. stay at your school!
